CBSE pattern
VAV School follows the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) curriculum, ensuring a structured and recognized academic foundation for all students. Our courses are designed to balance strong academics with discipline and practical understanding, helping students build clarity in concepts and confidence in learning.
Pre-nur to KG
At this stage, we focus on building a strong foundation for every child. Students are introduced to basic reading, writing, numbers, and everyday learning in a simple and engaging way. Along with academics, we emphasize discipline, habits, and routine—helping children become comfortable with a structured school environment from an early age.
Grades 1-5
During the primary years, students begin to strengthen their core subjects like English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. We focus on clear understanding of basics, regular practice, and building confidence in learning. At the same time, we encourage good study habits, discipline, and consistency, which become the base for future academic success.
Grades 6-8
In middle school, learning becomes more detailed and subject-focused. Students are guided to develop deeper understanding, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We ensure that concepts are clearly understood, not just memorized. Regular assessments, revision, and discipline help students prepare for higher academic challenges ahead
Grades 9-10
At this level, students follow the JAC Board curriculum with a strong focus on board exam preparation. Teaching is more structured, with emphasis on concept clarity, regular practice, and revision. We guide students to manage their studies effectively, stay disciplined, and perform confidently in their board examinations.
